Blocks can be placed through corner panes/bars

If the player's head is against corner glass panes or iron bars, they are able to place blocks through that corner by tapping it.
Tested in creative and survival. The selection overlay appears normally on the pane/bars while occupied by the player's head, but attempting to place a block on them results in the block being placed on the opposite side.
