[MCPE-84906] Librarians Don't Offer Curse Enchantments

Librarians aren't offering the curse enchantments. I was able to get librarians with every enchantment except for curse of vanishing and curse of binding

Some of both. And restocking is unrelated to the base trades. Just put down and picked back up a few hundred lecturns to change trades. I got every other enchantment this way

Actually no. Any villager can offer anything if you give it the right work station. This is nearly identical to MCPE-35406 which was just fixed

I’ve had many stonemasons offer different items for sale. Different colors of terra-cotta, different glazed stones, etc. Farmers as well, some level 5 farmers sell glittering melon, some sell golden carrots.

Due to Villagers not offering any Cursed books, it means that the most realistic way that you'd be guaranteed a curse book is through fishing - with an approximate 0.043% chance of fishing up either a curse of binding or vanisihing book. - ~2312 items fished up. That would mean a rough average of around 10 hours of non-stop fishing for your best chance at a Cursed Book.

I spend a lot of time fishing in my island survival game. My Luck of the Sea III rod has fished up many things with Curse of Vanishing (both books and items). However, I have never once encountered Curse of Binding.

If, as @Grafted Normalcy suggests, the chance of fishing up Curse of Binding is equal to the chance of fishing up Curse of Vanishing, I should be seeing about the same amount of both enchantments. That isn't the case.

While Curse of Binding exists in the Creative inventory in Bedrock Edition, I am not convinced it is even available in Survival mode. If it is available, the chance of encountering it via fishing is smaller than for Curse of Vanishing.
