How to reproduce:
1. Observe the golem until it randomly starts walking slightly faster than normal and you'll see that it starts walking funny.
2.Use a leash on the golem and start walking backwards while observing it.
This only happens when the golem is walking, not when it's running behind an enemy.

I put the dragging example to see this happening constantly, because it happens without you doing anything, but it's pretty rare.

Based on the resolution of MCPE-126155, this bug is likely referring to the leg twitching that happens when Iron Golems walk and run which is still an issue in the latest versions. Here is a video of it being reproduced in 26.50.22:
