Summary:
Pick block does not work on armor stands.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down an armor stand

  2. Use pick block on the armor stand

Observed Results:
Armor stands cannot be pick blocked.

Expected Results:
Pick block should work on armor stands.
