[MCPE-99746] Can't get past the white loading screen(Xbox one)

None of my family's accounts can get past the loading screen which may be a bug from this new update. i like the game so it is sad not being able to play it.

Is the new update fully downloaded and installed? Often on Xbox when the game is updating you can still try to load it, but it will either get stuck or just exit. You might also need to "quit" Minecraft using the "menu" button on the Xbox controller.

Maybe. The bug for me started the day it came out. I quit and it still won't load.

I am experiencing this same issue on the PS4, and a friend is having the same problem (PS4 as well). We used to play online together but have been unable to do so. It started for him right after the update. I was able to play on my system a few times but it crashed a couple times. When I restarted after the most recent crash, it just froze on the red logo screen, game never loads. I've tried closing the game, restarting the PS4, still no luck.

To make sure we fully understand which "loading screen" you are seeing, can you please attach a screenshot of it?
Also, have you tried completely powering off and restarting your Xbox?

Its loaded but I deleted then redownload it I don't know if its a temporary fix

If it's working after a reinstall it may have just been a bad installation. So this issue will be closed. If you encounter the issue again feel free to log a new report.
