Tnt minecarts does destroy blocks when it explodes even when mob griefing is on false (deactivated). It annoying

End crystals do not destroy blocks with mob griefing off, but tnt and tnt minecarts do. This seems inconsistent. However, there is a separate "TNT explodes" option in world settings.
