both naturally generated and creatively spawned sheep. when the sheep are sheared, and then eat grass and regrows their wool, do not drop a piece of wool when killed, as if they are still in the sheared state.

I'm pretty sure this is caused by the sheep event for eating blocks having a "subject": "other"
in its filter that determines whether to re-add the wool loot table. It should be "subject": "self"
I just killed enough adult, with full wool sheep, of many different colours with a looting III sword, to get 4 stacks, plus 3 raw mutton.
I got zero wool.
Unfortunately, I can't remember if they had all been sheared in the past. I don't think they had: I tend to breed a load, kill the adults, and let the babies grow up.
(I know that looting doesn't affect wool, I just mention it to explain how many I killed, as I got that much mutton.)
Because I'm not sure whether they were sheared or not, I don't know if this should be added here or as a new bug, but I didn't want to make something that was just a duplicate bug.
I'm on PS4, just regular version, not beta, not experimental.
Affects 1.18.12. This was tested with about 20 sheep that has been previously sheared. With looting 3 they dropped mutton as expected but zero wool, even though they all had regrown their wool after shearing.
