I've been muted for no particular reason on my personal Realms server that I am paying for. I can't post messages, make signs or even whisper. I don't remember posting anything that might even be picked up on a censorship filter, though I've seen issues with the word West on this forum.
How can I disable this feature for my adult only private server or at least pardon people so we can play the game? This is extremely unprofessional and not at all a "feedback" issue. Why should I pay Microsoft for a server if I can't have control of the chat in said server?
For clarification, I'm posting this in bug reporting for the following reasons:
There is no notification for my account that anything is wrong.
I have no recollection of saying anything to activate the filter
There are no settings in Realms and no console command to restore normal chat operations
There is extremely poor information regarding this update or what to DO about any of this.

Java edition, windows 10 on Realms, meaning the most recent version. All that info is on the bug report page… if you need it spelled out it’s 1.19.1
yes it’s Realms and no, none of the other reports mentioned fully encompass the problem I’ve listed here.
9191 claims only other people cannot read their signs. I post a sign and the text goes blank for both myself and others.
9150 claims there is a delay between sending the text and seeing it on the server. For me the text appears immediately, but with the message “your text has been hidden from some players on the server”
10191 claims both parties cannot see the others’ chats. My friend could send messages that I could see just fine, but my messages were hidden from them.

I´m having the same problem, on a Java edition Realms server that I own. The problem started when my realm was still running on 1.19
There is no error message when I send messages. I´m the only player on the realm that has this problem as far as I know. I tried using the /say command and other players can´t see that either. I can see other players messages.
I tried logging into a random multiplayer server and sent a message and the players there saw my message so the problem seems to relate to the Realms server rather than my user account. I have gone over the privacy settings on my microsoft account and the settings are OK and nothing has been changed there recently..

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure, since Bedrock has a similar issue and also has a version called 1.19.1.
I've moved this bug report to the REALMS project since it appears to be realms-specific.

This appears to be the same issue as REALMS-10606 (you get a warning "your text has been hidden from some players on the server" and your chats don't show up for anyone else). So I've resolved this as a duplicate of that bug report. You're by far not the only one who this is happening to.
