When I try to join my realm I keep getting the error message "cannot join world. The account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device." However, I'm not playing this world on any other devices. The realm owner has tried removing me from the realm and even banning me, but other players say I'm still in the game (albeit standing still).

I'm having the exact same issue.
It's been over 8 hours and the error message is the same.
Anyone know a fix? It seems like I'm permanently stuck from playing until it's resolved 😞

I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Note 8.
I tried changing the passwords on my xbox live account and Mojang
I restarted and signed out of the minecraft app on my phone
I reinstalled minecraft
I rejoined the realm
I had someone kill me in the realm
nothing has worked! 😞
