I was playing yesterday on my friends realm with account name 'FreeSomeMouse' .
Just then my game glitched and i came out to my homescreen .Â
I tried to relaunch the game and then it got stuckked on building terrain of the realm .
Then i restarted the app and it got stuckked on the same screen .
I uninstalled and then reinstalled the minecraft and then it says "can't join realm because the account you are signed into is already playing this world on a different device"
Then i asked my friends to see me and i was showing online like afk .
Please someone fix this.

We're investigating. There is a timeout of 10s which should prevent ghost users from locking you out. In this case it seems as if this has failed. As a workaround, the owner can close and re-open the realm. This resets the user list.
Come to think of it, did you verify that you didn't have the old app running in the background still?
We couldn't reproduce. Please contact the support as Mega_Spud suggest so we can get more info on this specific case.
This happened to me twice.
Loading the realm I closed the minecraft (because it was taking too long), so my character entered without me playing and consequently when trying to enter the realm appears a warning saying that I am already playing (warning.jpeg).
I'm using minecraft windows 10 edition version 1.8
restarting the realms works because it forces the output of my character.

Our testers couldn't reproduce this bug with exploratory testing. So if you can reproduce this, please write here what the repro steps are.
Bug still happening. Friend tried to join realm, took ages on loading screen, they text the game and while I was in game I saw a msg that said they joined. Friend was indeed logged out at this point. Ghost player now not letting friend join. Since then I have now kicked friend and closed realm. Hoping in 10-20min (from what I’ve heard) will be able to join again.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
