Do you have a link for doing that? I found a link on Mojang support to send an email, but its says its for account support so I'm not sure if thats the correct place.

Hi I opened a support issue for this. But they tell me that I have to report it here as they cannot debug my realm issue.
Support can only suggest resetting the realm. Which is not a solution. There is many hundreds of man hours in our realm and we need a fix.
downloading the world and running it locally on my xbox or PC demonstrates that there is nothing wrong with the world. I have explored all chunks arround our world spawn and there is no corruption.
Since 1.8 there is something wrong with the realm server code that is crashing when it loads our spawn.
Currently my location is spawn. So when I attempt to load the realm, The world generates arround me and for a couple of seconds I am inside our spawn building. Then the server crashes.
All crashes are bugs!
Please help, its been months now since we were able to get on the realm. Its a paid for service and we can not use it. This is very upsetting that no-one will help us.
Still an issues on 1.11.2.
I can still play the world fine locally on my xbox, but when I upload it to a realm server and enter it I get on for anything between 1 and 15 seconds before the realm server crashes. Are the realm servers just under resourced?
Mojang, you know I am paying for this right? its been months now since I could last get on and neither Support or this site seem to be trying to help.
Please try opening a support case again. Only through a support case we can verify Realm ownership and handle the issue you're having specifically. If the regular support troubleshooting steps do not help you, the case will eventually be forwarded to the Realms team, where we can investigate that issue thoroughly.
For now all we can do is to watch out for game server crashes that might be an indicative of the behavior you describe.
Could you start a support case please? Then we can have a look at your realms specifically.
