Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The issue you have reported is working as intended. In Realms, individual players do not have world settings that can be saved when they leave and reloaded when they join the realm. The reason is that there is nowhere to save them. If they were saved on the player's device, the Realms subscription owner wouldn't be able to regain control from a player who was trusted but then went renegade. If they were saved on the owner's device, other players could only join when the owner is playing. So on Realms everybody gets set to the same game mode (Survival by default) when they join. The owner can set the default game mode to Creative to let everybody play that way all the time, or can enable cheats in Survival and give Operator permissions to trusted players to limit who can play in Creative.
It might be possible to retain a given player's game mode by some method nobody thought about, but that is a feature request. Feature requests can be submitted on the Feedback site.

Hello, Reporter.
This is how it works. Because you set the game mode for the game to “Gamemode Survival”, not all the time you become “Creative”
