Played Realms today, it was performing poorly. My friend and I were on and off of it all day today, and around 3AM CST we go to get on for a bit and literally everything we had done for hours was gone.

Absolutely annoying considering this is a service that promises consistent backups and requires a paid subscription.

This is still happening for me in 1.16.1 Java

This is happening for me too on 1.16.1 Java. Reset hours of exploring the new nether, really frustrating. I'll contact customer support as suggested.

Me and my friends were playing on my realm and making a mob grinder. When I existed the world and came back, all the progress we had in the last 6 hours were gone. When I went to the backups tab, the last save was 6 hours ago. I left and loaded in a few times after and it loaded in to the world from hours ago and all the progress we had was gone, well i got the same issue, and i need to know if u can help me, the nick name of the owner isΒ Cequita360

This is still happening. Weβve lost quite a bit of gameplay. Β
what happened to the original bug report with hundreds of votes?

Just happened to me at 12:40 JST, 2020-10-18.Β
This is outrageous, you cut your cost on server hosting to the point that it is not functional. Comparing to using a VPS, Realm is complete garbage.

We're having this problem on my roommate's realm.
Six of us play on different devices, ie switch, playstation and xbox at different times. This happens on all the realms we play. Also, the internet quality seems to have no effect, the problem still persists in different locations. The switch has the hardest time, but all of our devices are having these recurring issues.Β
If we do a medium project in-game on the realm, none of the progress gets saved. Our temporary fix is to do work in very small increments (this and the paranoia of this is very frustrating). This is not a fix, hope we can get some solutions!

This is not resolved. I had just been raiding in the End on a realm and the game disconnected the three players that were online. Then we log back on to find ourselves back 10 minutes. I was one complete end city back, another player who had dies and lost all their items had their items back, and the last player who had mined lots of diamonds had lost all of them. This is not fixed, and once again this morning I went mining for like an hour, saved and quit the game with no problem, logged back on and all my progress was gone. This is a serious problem that must be fixed immediately.

This had stopped happening for awhile but since the 1.17.30 patch its happening several times a day again.

I confirm - on the latest Bedrock (PS4) we experience regular rollbacks several times a day ranging from minutes to hours.

10 person realm made on ps4. All consoles conenct, switch, ps3 and ps4, xbox, pc, mobile. Randomly anytime the realm stops. All players are disconnected and upon logging back in the realm was rolled back to the last save. Bedrock 1.17.34. Realm started on version 1.17.0. Becoming unplayable cancelling realm and setting up private server..

I am seeing this same issue as well on a 10 user Realm; it seems like the realm server (or process) crashes and reverts to the most recent backup upon recovery.Β Users will get disconnected if they are playing, but even if they are not they lose any progress after the last backup; sometimes upwards of 20 minutes worth.
