Single Seed and stack of 15 seeds can not be combined.

I have a chest that I keep organic materials in. In the chest I already have a stack of 15 seeds. I have just one seed in my inventory. When I attempt to add the seed to the stack of seeds you can see the animation of the seed jetting up to it for a split second and you can see the seeds in the chest go from 15 to 16 for a split second along with the seed dissapearing from my inventory for a split second (although it is hard to see anything at all happen with that), but then it comes back and thats it. This happens with the quick Move option and dragging it to the stack. However, you can move the seed to a separate slot just fine. I exited the game and came back and the problem persists. Also can not move the stack of 16 seeds out of the chest with quick move, animation still happens but comes right back. I can grab the seeds from the chest and move them to my inventory fine, but I cant move them onto the existing seed at all, just to a new slot. Seeds can even go back into the chest but even after this moving and moving back seed and seeds can not be combined. I threw the stack of 15 seeds on the ground and they appeared on the ground but when I picked them back up they had vanished. I closed my game and reentered.

Not sure if this can be recreated.
