After 1 min connection to the server disconnected and no storage. The game always starts in the same place:

I don't care if it's a duplicate. Since the end of December I've been paying 8 euros a month for a service that Mojang / Microsoft does not provide. I am asking for a reimbursement of the 8 euros this month because I cannot play.
