[WEB-5875] Alex skin from profile page doesn't match in-game skin

The change skin page on the profile settings for Java Edition uses the Steve and Alex skins to display the two different player models available, but the Alex skin is not accurate to the one that's actually used. The sleeve layers are missing, and the jacket layer seems to be merged onto the body layer.

This extends to Steve as well, now that the skins have been updated ingame.

The Alex skin seems updated when checking on 2/9, the Steve skin isn't so far.

Just checked again, and Alex is still missing a few details from the outer layers (which the old skin didn't have).

However, now that the default skins have updated looks, the Steve model on the profile page is also different from the game version. I've created WEB-6396 to track that separately.

The Alex model used as the representation for the slim variant has been updated now.
