Notice
This issue is affecting users who previously played Minecraft: Java Edition via PC Game Pass, or via our newly released feature where Minecraft: Bedrock Edition players can also play Minecraft: Java Edition. If you happen to migrate to one of these accounts, multiplayer will be affected for a duration of up to 40 hours after migration. After this, you should be able to play multiplayer again. We are working on a solution to prevent this from happening in the future.
Still doesn't seem to work after I close and reopen the game.

Is this a migrated account? Are you opening to LAN or hosting a local dedicated server? Please include steps to reproduce.
I have a very similar issue, per my report as MC-252878. There are some differences, however:
– I have no problem continuing playing (I only play SP, however, and do not log in to a MP server).
– I do not receive the popup; It only shows up in my logs.
– Some behavior may be different, such as when exiting the JE client and returning to the Launcher window, the Launcher window is completely blank.
– It only occurs when I have been running the JE client several hours, regardless of whether I am actively playing, or just sitting at the main JE window without entering a game world.
Also note that, for me, the computer clock is not a consideration: I play on my LAN Domain Controller – which keeps all my LAN computers in sync, and the DC itself is kept in sync from five different Internet NTP servers as well a radio time signal receiver (NIST broadcasts). It almost never has a time skew of more than one second from established atomic clocks.
Edit to add: I have fully migrated my account to the Microsoft services thingy about a week ago. I have experienced this issue both before and after the migration.
For me, steps to reproduce are simple. Start playing a game. Save world and then sit idle in the main menu screen overnight. Load the world again and check logs.
I have this issue as well none of the fixes work my clock is correct and my firewall is not blocking.
For everyone that is still affected by this issue, please comment steps to reproduce and add logs, if possible.
I got this error a week ago, but now I have another problem as MC-252942
Do I have any particular cause?
---Once I turned off the security software, it was cured. It's my mistake. I'm sorry.
Java 1.19.2
This just happened to my friend and I.
Private server Using minecraft server.jar etc... with portfoward
Was getting the lost connection: Missing profile public key.
To the user trying to join the world
I Set the enforce-secure-profile=false in the properties file.
Check that your computer's clock is in sync.
