The ‘labels’ section within details only appears on the logged out view (even when logged in), corresponding to the old url. ‘Labels’ are not present on report.bugs.mojang.com pages. This issue relates to [WEB-8364] and [WEB-8366], where the same pattern appears.

Have confirmed. I don’t think we have any control over this though. I think it’s likely a JSM limitation. However, I did find this article.
