Well, you can’t mount mobs holding any item as far as I know, so i think this works as intended.

Yep, just tried it, and spawn-monsters still lets the creaking spawn.

Tried it with a minehut Fabric server (easy and free to test it with). What kind of server are you using?

This bug is occuring with me in 1.21, bees are getting stuck in glowberry cave vine blocks.

Just an FYI, the java bundled with the launcher is Java 18 (IIRC)

Are you playing on hard difficulty? Sometimes spiders can spawn with potion effects on hard difficulty.
