slime do spawn at swamp but very slow. i have tested in slime chunk at swamp i got 12 slime balls from 5h. when i tested moon phase was in half
i have noticed few thing that may make it more likely to have this bug more frequent
1)it happens when chunks are loaded and unloaded
2)server need to be lagging to get more chance of this bug
3)more players loading and unloading chunks
4)this bug did not happen is single player so far
upgraded from 1.14 pre 2 to 1.14 pre 3 all chest became invisible
For those who are using Xisumavoid's data packs mainly more mob heads v1.2.0 that is the issue more likely
maybe on 1.14 pre-release 2

it maybe due to chunk or lighting update
confirming issue it only happens when we crouch and try to eat potato.
edit:also we have to look at solid block.
Some time full ship do not generate
explain how to recreate so developers can fix the bug easily
