It does, but I can't seem to figure out how to edit the issue... All I can do is attach new files.
Go to chat settings and turn chat on.... So what I mean is that if it says off or commands only change it to chat on. (I'm not sitting at my computer right now, on an ipad so I'm not sure exactly what it's called but I know that you do have to turn it on.
