Want to add that also my third generation of villagers (third time I cheat myself a few new ones) have disappeared. The iron golem, also the third, has vanished. I'll add that I am using ticking areas and that it's on my realm running the Bedrock version.
Also having trouble with villagers, had lots of them, not sure of amount, but also had 2 iron golems. Since i was creating a world guard with command blocks I have lost all my old villagers and both of the golems. The command blocks only specifically tp monster mobs(there's command blocks per monster type) and drop them in lava, within 1000block radius. This shouldn't have affected any villagers, but just might have crashed the server when I haven't been there, thinking this could be a cause for the disappearance?
Playing on Win10 edition
This have happened to my barnyard and isolated animals too. Had tons of them locked in my barnyard on my Realm, they ate all the grass of the dirt blocks, which didn't re-grow due to no sunlight inside, so at first thought that they died from starvation, but not sure if that can be the reason, as also the cows had disappeared. This also applies to the villagers of this village I reside in, where I have the barnyard. They were all gone, even the iron golem. I've been tinkering with command blocks too, thinking that this could be a reason, but not sure.
As I just noticed, it seems like one of the causes has to do with the full screen mode, or at least it caused my horse to go from controlable to not by switching fullscreen on with F11. Don't think this problem occurs in the Options environment though, as I guess it's safer for the system. Though I'm using windows 7.
When I get this problem I can look around and the horse copies as it's supposed to when it's controlable, but not able to walk, though jump. Solution is to either try with another horse and then go back to the problematic one, or go interact with something else and it might work again.

Ok wasn't aware of that, thanks!
And why is there no way to remove it? :S then I get why you really want people to know if there's any else with the same issue.. Could say that before people do, cause they tend to.
Yes I'm sorry, sometimes you just need to be fast and publish to not forget it x) I was to remove it, but got some interest by Arthur here so didn't😛 But now I will!
Don't really know if it's a problem with the collision box, but I would guess so😛 Though I found someone who had the same problem ( MC-1669 ).
I also have this problem, you'll start vibrate when walking into the long sides of them. So you can't pass by it walking against the long sides of them.
I don't know if my double bed is placed on a border between chunks, but otherwise I have the same problem: each time I reopen the world, my specifically those two beds are invisible, and we got another bed like 3 blocks away but that might indicate the theory of beds on chunk-borders is true.Â
I am also able to simply break the bed and replace it again, without the game crashing.
