I've opened another JIRA about this problem (MCPE 2468) and received a ridiculous answer inducing that the problem was solved here. Here is a copy of my comment there: "It happens that MCPE-21236 indicated above is unsolved. So, this problem is unsolved too, duplicated or not. In fact originally MCPE-21236 refers to another model of Microsoft cell phone. The problem is in fact with windowsphone and Microsoft more than with Mojang that isnt already answering and specially solving our compliant. And by judge your answer Bemoty, MS dont want to accept the problem anymore."

Same problem with Lumia 640 xl.
