Though of course, no pressure to provide a screenshot.

I write in English even though I understand Polish.
Check your internet connection, restart the launcher and your router. Also check if a firewall or antivirus is blocking Minecraft. Make sure you're logged into the correct Microsoft account.
If the issue keeps happening, a screenshot of the error could help identify the problem.

Piszę po angielsku, chociaż rozumiem polski.
Sprawdź połączenie z internetem, uruchom ponownie launcher i router. Sprawdź też, czy zapora sieciowa lub antywirus nie blokuje Minecrafta. Upewnij się, że jesteś zalogowany na właściwe konto Microsoft.
Jeśli problem nadal występuje, zrzut ekranu błędu może pomóc go zidentyfikować.

In my first test, I accidentally used Vexes instead of Vindicators, so the result was incorrect. I apologize, I misunderstood the original issue and didn’t read carefully enough.

After redoing the test properly with Vindicators, I was able to reproduce the same problem.

Also, I’d like to remove my earlier comment, but I don’t have the permissions to do so.
Sorry again for the confusion!

I double-checked, and I was only fighting Vexes (during a raid) no Vindicators.
Vex attacks go through shields even if you're blocking, they still deal damage.
So this isn’t a bug, it’s just how Vexes work. Their attacks are unblockable.

I was unable to reproduce this even while the high contrast texture pack was on

Please check your internet, restart the launcher, and make sure you're logged in.
If it keeps happening, try reinstalling the launcher.

Minecraft: Bedrock purchased on Amazon Fire is linked to the Amazon Appstore and won’t transfer to Windows. To play on PC, you need to buy it again via the Microsoft Store.

Make sure you're logged into the correct Microsoft account, have a stable internet connection, and try reinstalling the launcher if needed.

Are you logged in? Do you have a stable internet connection? You can try checking your Wi-Fi on sites like “Speedtest” and others. If not, you can try reinstalling your launcher.

It’s possible that your computer is overheating while playing Minecraft, especially during multiplayer sessions. In such cases, the system might automatically shut down or reset to protect the hardware. You could try monitoring your CPU and GPU temperatures while playing, just to rule out thermal issues.

I confirm that this issue also occurs in the latest Java snapshot version (1.21.6-rc1) when attaching a happy Ghast.

I tested this on my computer and didn’t experience any issues like pink textures after resuming, opening settings, or exiting a world. Everything works normally for me.

I also tested this myself on version 1.21.5, in both vanilla and hard mode. Using a regular diamond sword, it took exactly 2 critical hits to kill a zombie, as expected. I also tried with Sharpness V and with a netherite sword – again, 2 critical hits were enough.

The bug report seems to be incorrect. Everything works as intended in my tests.

I’m not experiencing this issue. The game launches normally, the screen displays correctly, and I can play without any problems. Maybe I’m doing something differently — if there are specific steps to reproduce the bug, I’d be happy to test them.
