This is happening to me as well, mostly in my inventory. My mouse works everywhere else I am not sure what I did, I am on Mac OS.

I faced this issue on mac, I found the best solution is to ensure your mac is updated fully then restarting the launcher- not sure what it was but there was no real issue just an initial launch problem (at least for me this message appeared on my screen after just downloading.)
