the well is generating with gravel paths in desert villages, I think that this also makes part of this bug.
Probably it was introduced in 16w21a to prevent Savanna Villages from burning out but I have just test in 16w21b.
You can also summon an husk and a stray with the zombie and skeleton eggs and there is also a husk and a stray egg, so if that was't supposed to happen, this should also make part of the bug.

This doesn't happen only from inventory to full chests. It also happen from chests, anvils, furnaces, etc. to full inventory.
possibly it is an improvement, not a bug
minecraft:trial_chambers/corridor/straight_1-5all have a jigsaw block with an unexistant targetminecraft:addon_upperfromminecraft:trial_chambers/chamber/addonpool. Possibly it should targetminecraft:addon_upperonminecraft:trial_chambers/corridors/addon/middle_upperpool.minecraft:trial_chambers/chamber/chamber_2contains a jigsaw block with no target.
