Minecraft Customer Support said they can't do anything to fix a corrupted world, and directed me to a Wiki on how to fix a corruption on Java Edition, even though I specifically stated the issue is on Xbox and mentioned the bug ticket MCPE-40552.

Same issue as you, it's worked for 5 years, don't know why it stopped working now.
