They tried to restart their Xbox and that seemed to fix the problem only now the problem came back again with me having to invite them which does let them join the realm. Not really a fix but at least it lets them Join my realm.

Yea the user is on 1.14.60 bedrock

The device that their using is Xbox.

This happened to me as well along with two other friends I’ll try to add more comments to see if this is fixed
