me too also having this issue in my pc with windows 10

Yes i have that issue

a solution temporary  for android is , try delete cache of marketplace in settings , close minecraft, delete minecraft cache in app settings and open minecraft , wait while character creator skin load correctly and marketplace work again

sonic textures and all the texture packs from marketplace

1.20.0.20 beta and preview too is affected

after close and open the game i no have some texture pack of marketplace it's back to default texture pack

I downloaded the updated music and nothing is heard 😞
