It still happens in 14w21b.
When I updated to the snapshot I had the same problem. However, my computer is a Windows, so maybe it's unrelated.
In my defense, I did search, using the terms shift-clicking, crafting and those combined. I am sorry I missed it, I always try avoiding those things because I can imagine how annoying it is, given all the duplicates I see.
It is still in 13w04, I can comfirm it.
You have to put the folder with the world name in .minecraft/saves, not a zip file.
And you're absolutely sure the point of the block you were pointing at didn't change slightly while you were moving so you pointed at the lower half of the block?
I had that once. Maybe you didn't put it in the right file or you made it a map instead of a winrar file.
I'm Dutch too. Can you tell me in Dutch so I can translate it for you, because I don't get what you mean.
Are you sure you're putting it in from the right side? Fuel from the side, materials from the top, output from the bottom.
