I see some Realms are back up, Could we get a RCA please?

This issue is still persisting and its been over 36 hours.

I cant connect to my Realm,

i cant make a backup and download

I cant restore a backup

I cant switch worlds

I have tried all the steps in the help section

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectionException: Connection Timed out: No further information is the error i get trying to connect

BTW I work for Microsoft in NZ and not a technical dummy.  alias: ANTWILL
