The force close issue is also seen in PowerVR gpu's

It also requires a pbr/rtx pack in the world resources for the deferred option to be selectable

What I observed (as of 1.20.10/12) in the more recent versions i.e. after diabling vsync and limiting my framerate , is that the input lag is most noticable when loading new chunks and when logging into a world andis quite negligible when given enough settling time in an area, another notable thing is there is little to no input delay in flat world , even those with lots of builds in them

a somewhat fix could be capping the fps externally (I used rivatuner) to about half or about 75% of what your system is capable of

for example , if your system can reach 60 fps somewhat and fluctuates if set to 45 fps and doesn't fluctuate if set to 30 fps , there seems to be a reduction in the input delay , upto a somewhat playable state on a regular creative world , but might differ per world

also as @PascalWaldhor pointed out it might as well be a placebo , but this is somewhat of a workaround on my system , but still definitely needs to be fixed on the engine level

in conclusion , you could try this method according to your system capabilities , but the bug can only really be fixed by mojang now

The lag still happens in 1.19.40

With some custom rivatuner settings, namely , turning on custom 3D support , setting render to raster 3d and display coordinate settings to frame buffer and capping fps to 60 + the afore mentioned turning of vsync on a regular creative world at 5 chunks and msaa 2 , with a small window size , the lag seems to be gone , but returns while loading new chunks

As @KingRocco21 suggested, setting Minecraft to power saving mode in windows graphics settings does kind of lower the input lag

But it does sometimes return while changing dimensions, loading new chunks, but turning the game to full-screen (via f11) and back to windowed does lower it again

Also after applying these settings , the items in the inventory lag behind the cursor considerably less than without

Tho it isn't a permanent fix , it does do the job for the time being

Tested on :

Minecraft realms world

Intel celeron j4025

4 gb ram

1 TB HDD

Minecraft V1.19.2

Intel integrated UHD 630 graphics

And it's been 2 years already this being unfixed

This issue is most prevalent on realms and on multiplayer servers , single player worlds or worlds joined through the friends tab aren't affected as much , and this bug prevents you from doing almost any smooth movement via keyboard and just isn't fixed even after disabling Vsync in Minecraft , as of hotfix 1.18.12 , one peculiar thing I noticed is that taking Anti Aliasing way up messes up your mouse lag but fixes the keyboard lag , and take it back down both are gone for some time then

Steps to take this delay to almost negligible after fully loading chunks nearby

1: press Windows + R , type 'regedit' click ok

2: after opening registery editor , go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > Current Control Set > Control > Priority Control

3: double click on win32prioritySeperation , change the 'Value data' to 26 and set to Hexadecimal

4: Go to windows settings , then to ease of access , then to keyboard and turn on 'Use filter keys'  with only show icon option ticked and other two off

5: Go to the options.txt file in (win + R) %localappdata% , local>packages>Minecraft UWP>Local State>games>com.mojang>minecraftpe>options.txt

And change 'gfx_vsync' from 1 to 0 and 'gfx_max_dequeued_textures_per_frame' to 64 or even 60

6: Turn off all Vsync / Freesync in your graphics card software (GeForce experience etc.)

7:Turn off all Vsync / Freesync in your monitor's settings

This should hopefully take the keyboard delay to negligible , let me know if you have found any more things that worked

you've placed a dark oak sapling , not a regular oak sapling , dark oak saplings need to be placed in a 2x2 to grow

I'm playing on a realm , on Android (redmi 7a) , while coming out of a nether portal army base , if the chunks don't load in time , the hopper minecart in my melon and pumpkin farm randomly disappears , I've replaced it 3 times , however flying away by elytra does not unload it at all
