Hey there,
There was some backend works today, you should be able to try again.
Many thanks,
Austino.
Hey there,
It seems like the game is having issues reserving your RAM - you should try changing the value for how much RAM the game can reserve, lower it down - as the game can not reserve RAM which your system is using elsewhere. Please try the following:
Open your launcher, goto "Launch options."
Please slide "Advanced Options" to on.
Select your version.
Goto JVM Arguments,
Remove everything from the box,
And try diffrent values. I'd recommend tpying: "-Xmx512M -Xmx512M" - this can make the game reserve 0.5GBs of RAM or 512MB. Depending on how much RAM you have and how much your system is using you can tweek it. Example: "-Xmx1G -Xmx1G" for 1GB of RAM. Do NOT allocate all your system memory, try taking away 2-3GBs of RAM from your total and allocating that.
Many thanks,
Austino.
Hey there,
You should try cleaning out your Minecraft directories.
Clean:
%appdata%\.minecraft - keep saves & resourcepacks though!
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft

Hey there,
Check the following:
Make sure you are typing the server's address correctly - with no spaces nor commas. (Check to have "." instead of ",")
Make sure you're connected to a working internet connection.
Make sure you have allowed your Java version & Minecraft through the Windows firewall on your current setting. (Search "Allow an app through the firewall."
If nothing above works, try typing this is command-prompt from Windows and please reply back what comes back. Type: "ping your-servers-address"

Hey there,
Some tips for trying to resolve this would be looking into your "Advanced Options" under Launch options and make sure your system can reserve enough RAM, and try switch your Java version to something else from the bundled version. However, if those two issues where creating the problem, you'd usally get an error - however please try.
Also try changing your "options" file under your /.minecraft/options.txt directory and change "fullscreen:true" to "fullscreen:false" under line 28.
One last fix is to try keeping your hands off the keyboard and mouse whilst loading to give the game a chance and Windows won't get confused with the programm not responding.
Thanks!

Hey there,
Could you tell me what your render distance is, wether or not you're limiting your world size, and other graphical in-game settings?
Thanks,
Austino.
