It also happened in my PS4 playing bedrock 1.16.100 as both were playing in the same world.
Please fix this mojang!!
W10104 I think you're assuming we don't know that but not sure if you read the description of the issue. You're specific test if for a new villager but all of us have spent countless ours and resources to build trading halls which now are useless as the price is the same as if you get a villager from a breeder only -1 difference as explained.
We're not against parity change just needs to be implemented right backwards so you don't break what exists.
If you want improvements on Java features this is not the right place as it is for bedrock.
It was a problem in the BDS server and was fixed. Thanks for the support you can close this ticket.
After the update villagers are not positioning correct in beds and appear everywhere (e.g. sleeping on the floor)
This change doesn't make sense at all. Countless hours spent to cure villagers and have a good trading hall and now it's useless. Aligned with Kevin on this one a 100%
@unknown
While we all understand that it was OP previously there's consensus in the community that getting -1 in all of our villages after the update was a blowback as we've investing countless hours and resources creating the trading halls.
Expected Results (as this is a parity change)
1. The expected results in step #2 of your comments is have a more balanced discount for each villager and not only a -1 discount because this is almost the same as regular villagers. In my case I've cured all the villagers in the trading hall one by one before the update and everything was lost. At least it should be grating -6 discounts and not -1 as they have been cured one time.
2. Gossip mechanism should be the same as Java and based on the feedback from the community that doesn't work in bedrock. In your test can you increase the number of villagers to make sure it's spreading correctly and similar to Java?
3. This mechanism should be consistent on all bedrock platforms and can only provide feedback for Windows 10 PC but there are other members in this ticket reporting issues and disparity in different plaforms while being on bedrock.
