just happened to me too. Logging out and back into my Microsoft account didn´t help. I'm on version 1.17.34

It also happens in the newest Beta 1.17.30.23.
I uploaded a screenshot. The seed is -1067181226 and the coordinates are -170 58 -167

I don´t know why, but for me it seems to happen with cows almost exclusively. The other animals are usually fine.
