MCPE-129980 GUI scale resetting to -2 Duplicate MCPE-62113 Nintendo switch pro controller analog stick problems in Windows 10 Community Consensus

Hello, this scaling problem is still an issue on Minecraft PS4.

This problem is quite easy to reproduce.
1. set your GUI scale to anything you want (though for the sake of demonstration it tends to work best on -3 or -1)
2. Close Minecraft and reopen it
3. Upon re-entering you should notice that the GUI is set to -2 even though you set it to something else. you can slide the GUI scale to -2 and the scale will remain the same.

Like the reporter said it can be fixed by moving the scale back forth to reset it but it's quite an annoying inconvenience. The GUI scale should stay the same when you re-enter the game and not set itself to -2.

If it helps I play the game on a 4K TV so it might be an issue with resolution but I'm not sure. hope this helps.

I’ve figured out how the bug is triggered. When you enter water the music starts playing, but when you leave it keeps going and going and nothing can change it.

Cyccore18 yes. At first I thought it was some nether music but after listening to Dragon Fish I can confirm it's that song. It's nice but annoying on land.

Can confirm that it is happening in the nether update 1.16.2

@GoldenHelmet, I can’t confirm this happens to any other controllers as I only have a switch pro controller. The only way I can get it to work is by using a controller rap and treat it like an Xbox controller.
