Can confirm in 1.18.1 and 22w07a.
You can try this solution :
Uninstall the game, delete "games" folder in you phone (save your worlds before)
reboot system
Install the game with internet connection and wait the main menu before closing the game
You can close this bug tracker, Zombies and Skeletons NOT swimming, is a feature not a bug.
I have same issue on MC windows 10 and Pocket
Have you installed buggy add-ons ? I'have same issue in the older version (0.16).
