Minecraft Launcher  is working fine.
I downloaded the game version 1.19.4 - everything is fine.

I'm having problems after downloading and installing an updated game.
Shortly after creating and loading a new world, the processor starts to work at 100% load and its temperature rises above 80 degrees (checked versions 1.19.3 and 1.19.2). Therefore, I have to force quit the game using the process manager.
When I downloaded and installed version 1.12.2 of the game, everything began to work normally, as usual.

There was a question - does TSL 1.3 need to be installed for the normal operation of the game, or is it not needed?

I read in the comments that sometimes the error can be related to the TSL protocol.
In this regard, I reinstalled Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.
Using the IISCrypto utility, I determined that TSL 1.2 was available.

There is no solution yet and is not expected yet. The game doesn't work.
Where is a clear algorithm and tools for identifying the causes of this error?
Where is a clear instruction on how to fix this error in the client on the computer or on your servers?
There is none of this.
I'm still sorting through the scattered user comments that you provided links to.
But I have not yet found a solution to restore the performance of the game.
