Still an issue in 1.8-pre1, Banners don't sway in old worlds.

Still happening in 14w24b, haven't tried c yet but can say I found a duplicate: MC-64204

Pretty sure this is a duplicate of https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-63720

Happens for me on my server started this summer. No swaying.

I opened it up in NBTexplorer and under these villagers' inventories there are 0 entries not sure if this is the same as MC-48735 or not.

Issue still applies to iron trapdoors in 14w28b

I took a look at MC-11193. This makes sense now. The redstone is updating in a way that makes the dispenser get locked because the individual block updates happen in an indeterminate order.

Also during night clouds are completely invisible when viewed from underwater.
