It happens in my Realm only, if I exit and then enter it disappear, but appear in another place.
If I remove the resource pack, it also happens.

It also happens with new worlds.
[media]I was trying to upload a world and after export finished, appear a dialog error saying "an error occurred", but when I see my realms, one slot changed its name to my world name, but it's not my world.
I have the same problem. I enter in my world right now, and that thing happened.
