After placing a sticky piston a button and a redstone block on the sticky piston it appears the game crashed upon actuation of the sticky piston.
The sticky piston appears to operate normally when the block is not attached to the sticky piston.
Thanks for letting me know I didn't think the sticky piston was the issue at hand so I reported based upon what I belived to be the source of the issue. But after placing a sticky piston a button and a redstone block on the sticky piston it appears the game crashed upon accuation of the sticky piston.
The sticky piston appears to operate normally when the block is not attached to the sticky piston.
