I wanted to let you know that I sent SprentermaxG a message on XBox explaining my delima and am waiting to hear back from him/her.
I was in the settings menu of my Minecraft game and went under the Global Resources tab. There it gives you options if adding resource packs to your game...this is where I added the lucky block resource pack. I can not revert these steps as I can not get past the screen I showed you. It won't let me in, otherwise I would have already taken the resource off.
It was a resource pack. I can't take the resource pack off because I can't get into the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already. What now?
My son has a Samsung Galaxy S6 and he has been having yhe same issue for a month. His Minecraft stays stuck on the loading screen and he has tried getting it to work using mobil data and WiFi. This needs to be fixed soon...he paid $6.99 for Minecraft and can't even olay it.
I still cannot get into my MCPE. I did put on the lucky block global resource pack the day this happened. That's the only thing that I can think of that would have caused this freeze to happen.
How to recreate:
Go into settings menu
Go to Global Resource Packs
Put on the Lucky Block Resource Pack
This is not just lag for me. My son plays on a LG G3 Tablet. The game loads just fine, but when he tries to go into the settings menu from the main screen, the game shuts down and kicks him out completely. The game will also shut down and kick him out when he tries to go into any of his worlds. So basicly he can't play Minecraft at all until these issues get resolved.

I can't even get into my minecraft to back up my worlds. If I could send you a picture, I could show you what I see when I go into my MCPE.
