Same issue on a MacOS as well.
I've tested with 1.17.1 and 1.17, both have the same crash when trying to configure the first realm I manage. I can get in and access the configuration for the other realms I manage, so it may just be related to the first one in the list?
I've tested with and without resourcepacks, with and without optifine, full screen / windowed, updated Java, all have had no effect.
The last configuration change I was making to the realm was uploading a locally configured world to the realm, and the upload got stuck about 63%. Backing out of the upload then lead to the first crash, and the realm was stuck with a corrupted version of the world. I've been unable to configure the realm since then.
Hi,
Having the same issue, but encountered it from 1.99 and onwards. I've worked through the issue with PSN support, including verifying that I have a legitimate PS4 minecraft licence, re-syncing licences, rebuilding databases, installing on other PS4s, but nothing has worked. I've even tried upgrading the purchase to the starter collection (which I was able to do through the PSN webstore), but Minecraft is still refusing to acknowledge presence of a licence, and when I try to upgrade it through the app (or XMB or PSN webstore) it tells me I already own the app. I can't even link extant Microsoft account data or anything. One complication for my PSN account may have been that I also have a PS3 licence for Minecraft, but there has never been any issue playing it on the PS3.
MCCE-11025, BDS-2250, MCPE-58910, MC-167743 all seem to report the same / similar issue.

I made no changes to any of my client settings and I now have normal range of operations in all my realms configurations. I have been able to upload and reconfigure multiple worlds in my first realm.
Suspect that maybe there was a server refresh or something similar on the server end that was able to flush the stuck settings.
I also noticed a reduction in the lag that appeared in my other realms at the same time.
