my devices that I’m seeing this issue is an Apple iPhone 6XS Max, IOS 14.2. My other device is a Lenovo ThinkPad Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 1909
You could have said that from the beginning- you just made the Resolution “duplicate”, and just now tell me I can just watch and vote on the original?! This is a pretty basic error, and it’s no longer confined to my phone version. I am now unable to connect to any online content- realms, marketplace, or any of my purchased worlds, skins, etc.
This is a major bug that has now gone unresolved for weeks.
How can this be considered resolved when there are no instructions to fix this, no mention of a patch to apply to fix it. I am not going to spend another penny on ANY Microsoft product until this gets fixed. And I will strongly recommend the same course to every other user.
I am unable to access any other online content, on my Apple iPhone; MCPE-102994 does describe my issue. I have checked my internet connection, rebooted the phone, the router, nothing makes a difference. I cannot see my purchased worlds/skins/behavior/resource packs, or the open marketplace to purchase anything new. I do not however, have this issue with my Windows10 laptop. I am able to access all the online areas in my laptop edition,
Is this gonna get fixed anytime soon for smartphones? I can't buy any new worlds and I can't access the ones I have previously purchased. If I un-install it from my phone I lose the worlds I had downloaded before. Its been months now- this is a major bug that's not getting fixed. What do we have to do to escalate this issue?
