How can they say resolved but ask for feedback

This bug has gotten worse over the weekend, and has made gameplay near impossible. 

1.13 came and this has caused so many headaches.  I understand some behind fixes were made, but this past week it has made the realm unplayable.  We went almost 8 hours without a backup, which is ridiculous when trying to ensure the world is saving. so not to keep losing progress
