I've confirmed now this is not a bug. It is a change in the requirements for the achievement to unlock. You need to place the pumpkin on the ground, use shears to change it to a carved pumpkin, then place it on the golem. The achievement will unlock normally from there. If you don't carve the pumpkin, the bug still exists where the pumpkin remains in your inventory and the golem is created without the achievement unlocking, but a carved pumpkin will unlock the achievement on Win10. Confirm on Xbox One?

Just checking to avoid duplicate issues:

I am unable to sign in to Xbox Live on the iOS version when connected to Wi-Fi. I am able to play when on cellular data, but the game eats through data quickly.

This bug also affects the Windows 10 version in the exact way described above.
