This happened to me, except the water was invisible from the start; without any use of sponges.

Here's the crash report (I removed the "01" from the command and it still crashed.)

The same thing is happening to me. Except the /testfor command block isn't staying on while a /summon command block is.

Couldn't it be done so that when the chunks reload, they update all the blocks in the chunk.

I don't know too much about Java but, couldn't you just have it so that when a chunk has active redstone in it, it saves the on/off state of the redstone and then when the chunk reloads, it puts the redstone's on/off state back to what it was when it was unloaded?

I found out that if you place 2 torches beside the TNT and break one of them that the TNT will ignite.

You also get black and white particles when sprinting and jumping on redstone. I attached a screenshot of it.

I just found out that the same thing happens when you press f1 (or with windows 8 shift + f1).
