It is suppose to be a glitch, not a bug.
If you're holding the Flint and Steel you're suppose to tap it like when you hit mobs.

I was playing on a Android 4.1 HTC Desire HD Tablet.
I was playing on 0.7.5.
Fire Arrows are suppose to set mobs on fire.
This happens to me except I use Android 4.1 Jellybean, and I played on a Survival world. After my brother and I got off, I was trying to delete my world that my brother and I played because there were completely no animals spawning.
