Isn't related to the recent fix of MC-182868 or MC-190891 since this bug report was made when 1.9 was the recent released version of minecraft.

Is this with fast/fancy graphics? Could you show your F3 Debug Menu?

Also affects the Jigsaw Block's outline (48x48 area) on fast/fancy
