Same issue on Nintendo Switch across two Xbox live accounts now. Last time my account was disabled when I tried to log in on switch. Corrected the blocked account onbon xbox.com by having to enter my phone number and getting a texted code. Went back to switch and now get the error-9 issue on a account. Again for two accounts now. Did not spend $ on this switch game and pay for Nintendo online subscription to play online with my kids only to get this error that Microsoft does not seem interested in fixing! Very frustrating!!!!
